Shipping and Returns

All orders are prepared within 2-3 business days of the order date. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days as all chocolate is made to order. In the event of a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping Rates
€7.00 flat rate in the Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland.
€15.00 flat rate in the United Kingdom. 
Please contact us for a shipping quote for overseas orders.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (taxes/tariffs etc) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged/Lost Parcel
In the rare event that a parcel is lost, please contact us within 7 days of order confirmation. In the event of a damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns Policy
As we are selling a fresh food product, we do not accept any returns.

All our prices are inclusive of local tax (V.A.T) rates.

Please provide your email address and mobile number to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Additionally, please provide a full delivery name, address and postal code.
